Mac Paint Pots
Paint pots are such a convent makeup item to have around, drugstore to high end every brand makes them now. Last year I picked up two of the Mac paint pots because I had heard how great they were, the colors I got were Indianwood and Let Me Pop. They texture of these are super creamy, blendable and easy to work with. I wear them alone or they look great as a base under different eyeshadows. Indianwood is a metallic bronze that looks exactly like the Maybelline Color Tattoo in Bad to the Bronze. Let Me Pop is a unique color I have never seen before a coppery peach with a lot of glitter in it. I was surprised by how long these have lasted because I did expect them to dry up by now but I think the trick is if you store them upside down they wont dry out. For $20.00 they are expensive and I would recommend the Maybelline Color Tattoo's over these just because they have the same quality just a lower price.
Have you tried any Mac paint pots?
Nars Sheer Glow Foundation
I don't often wear foundation because it's kind of a hassle but after hearing EVERYONE rave about it I gave in. At the spendy price of $45.00, I think that it is totally worth it. Foundation is one of those products that it's okay to splurge on because it is going on your face so you don't want it to clog your pore or cause any insightful breakouts. Nars Sheer Glow is the perfect foundation for all skin types even though many might be scared off by the word glow but I have oily skin and sure I have to powder a little bit through out the day just like any other foundation but it makes your skin look perfect. The lasting power is quite good and definitely lasts all day. The finish is what I love most about it, it is very natural looking and you can barely even tell you are wearing anything. Overall I would highly recommend this product to anyone as it's just so beautiful.

Mac Lipstick Collection
Mac has to one of my favorite makeup brands. The lipsticks are amazing with so many shades to choose from there is one for everyone. I have not been collecting mac lipsticks for that long now so I only have five but i love them and wear then constantly. The colors I have above are (from L to R): Shy Girl, Rebel, Sushi Kiss, Chatterbox, and Coral Bliss. I my first actual mac lipstick was Sea Sheer but I have unfortunately seem to have lost it *sobs quietly*. Shy Girl is the perfect nude I high recommend it as I think it would look good on so many different skin tones. It's a real peachy nude with not to many pink or brown undertones (so you basically don't look like you have concealer on your lips). Rebel Is such a nice lipstick for fall and winter, in the tube it looks dark and scary but I promise it appears much more berry toned on the lips. Almost like a berry lip meets a vampy lip, it's perfection. Then there is Sushi Kiss (color does not translate on camera) , this one might be my favorite but it's hard to say. This color is so unique it is a coraly orange that looks like a trending color this summer. Chatterbox is the perfect bubblegum pink, I got this because I head Tanya Burr talk about and had to try it. Last but not least is Coral Bliss, a perfect pale coral it almost look pink in some lights.
Nars Narcissist Palette
I can never resist a gorgeous eyeshadow palette so when I saw this limited edition palette I just knew I had to have it. First of all can we all just stare at the beautiful packaging, the matte black makes it look so chic. Even though this is a limited edition palette all of the shadows inside are available to buy in singles except for one of the shades, Bad Behavior. Now about the quality, the shadows look beautiful and I was so excited to try them but was slightly disappointed when they were not as pigmented as I had hoped they also came up quite patchy. As you can see in the swatches above, the lighter shades barely even show up and I have to wet my brush for them to even appear at all but the darker shades are nice, a little hard to blend but over all very nice. I still use this palette a lot as it is still one of my favorites. It is limited edition so I don't know how much longer it will be out for but it is still selling online at Sephora for a hefty price of $79.00.
Swatch descriptions (from L to R): Pandora II (true matte black), All About Eve I (shimmery champagne), Madrague II (matte crease color), Fez (shimmery copper), Bali (matte taupe), Coconut Grove (deep matte brown with small gold flecks), Madrague I (matte cream), Nepal (shimmery rose gold), Ashes to Ashes (shimmery cool toned brown), Brousse II (plum), Mekong (dark brown with gold glitter), Bellissima I (light beige with small glitters), Lhasa (Lavender grey), Bad Behavior (shimmery dark teal), Dogon II (navy).
